Puppy Class 2
Our dog Hudie is a "large" personality, with a big voice and a mind of her own.
So once we had completed puppy training and basic home obedience with Rita, we realized that Hudie needed manners. Sadly she was a bit of a brat! I think most of her puppy class mates will remember her best for the saturday morning when she decided she had finished the session and proceeded to go and tug on large pine tree.
Rita has ensured that over the last sixteen months, Hudat has learnt to walk to heel, sit, lie on her bed and return when called. She has worked with us to ensure that we now have a furry child that is responsive and very happy.
Rita's patience and method of positive reinforcement training has meant that we have built a solid relationship with our beloved Dobe. We are now starting to work on tricks and maybe at a later stage we will get to agility class.

Puppy Training 2
This course aims to start teaching some basic behaviours and introduce your puppy to as many novel things as possible.This will allow your puppy to be more confident going into their very difficult teenage years which starts at around
6 months of age.
What will you do in this course?

Focus exercise.

On lead socialization with other pups of the same age.

Continuing to learn dog language and help to eliminate future on leash aggression.

Sit, Down, Leave it and Recall (lots and lots of recall)

Obstacle course (To learn how to deal with new objects and become brave puppies/dogs)

Walking on a loose lead.

Sit-stay and down-stay.
Duration and costs of course:
This is a 6 week course. Each class is about 45mins long.

R450 per dog.
-
R600 for 2 dogs in the same family (R300 per dog)
Type and age of dog:
Only puppies between the ages of 3-6 months in this class.
Any breed is welcome!
NB! Your puppy’s vaccinations, tick & flea treatment
and deworming must be up to date.
